One scary data point I noticed is about the ZOMBIE companies (companies with no to less EARNINGS)
20% of SPX companies are not in a position to pay interest on the Bonds they borrowed. Historically this number is less then equal to 2%.
while the monopoly companies are 37% of SPX. |

AMZN - breakout expectation to 3600 to 4000 annaru. We saw how it played and many lost on options too.
In the mean time sector rotation to cyclicals, corona hit companies etc etc
Latest story is the wall street gangin up to ARK
All ARK's down huge and withdrawals hit high
ARK portfolio stocks shorted too (classic example check TDOC)

instead of adding more capital, i sold some stocks for loss which i dont feel 100% comfortable and bought others which i like in dip...need to see how it works... may be i will know in few weeks whether i did right or wasted an opportunity |

KB Annai, I think we can take an an analogy of a TFI producer with our situation. Lot of big producers in spite of scoring big hits have gone to rags due to failure of one or two films.
Similarly, we had many many good and great days starting Jan 1 and just because of 4 or 5 bad days all the 2021 profits have gone to drains...

When the market is rocky, no one can predict a stock movement. Yesterday was good for SNDL, and pre-market shows great as well. So, I'd hold it . My 2 cents. |

My logic
(1)I recovered my initial investment by selling 50%(when it reached 100%), so nothing to lose now.
(2) I already lost more than 50% for the rest of the shares today by the time I realized about it. In the case of 5% or 10%, I should have sold and booked the profit.
(3)Did WKHS start their business only based on the USPS contract? They may have other avenues as well. So, let's keep them and see. |
