Nuvvu keka assalu. Too much work out chesthunnav.

Naa schedule 3-4 times a week. 1-1.5 hrs when I work out. 30 miniutes cardio and rest weights. Weights ante edo body building ki anukoneru. Antha interest ledu. it is just to build strength.
