Illu koni 2 years ayyindi(NC ki move ayyaanu from Philly).Philly lo furniture ni alaage move chesaanu.Kaani, most of the furniture ikkda antha gaa set avvaledu. Philly house is 2500 sqft. idemo 3850sqft. Model kudaa dfferent. so, area wise gaa proper interior decoration cheyyalani chusthunnaanu.

I did not replicate the whole thing.... but did few things at home.
Model homes, open houses chusthe time pass & decorative ideas vasthayi. And you save good $$$ too . Edho poor man suggestion

In India, all the interior work gets charged based on per soft ( unless you want to purchase & assemble it on your own ) and charges vary based on the type of work involved ( box type, flat panel type )
I dont wear spects, only wear contact lens(&goggles sometimes). Only code lang that i know are > c,c++,java,c# & scrpt lang.

in USA, some of the stuff you can do inbuilt along with house construction, usually builders have upgrades and charges should be reasonable and included in the total house price. Rest of the interiors you can directly purchase it from shop r online & assemble it on your own ( paintings, open furniture, other easy stuff ). Difficult items that require carpentry skills can be purchased either through furniture shop directly ( cost sometimes may be included as part of furniture ), r using handyman services ( they usually charge based on the work involved like wall mounts, blinds etc ).

Thy charge a flat fee per hour
If they are going to order stuff they might charge you percent of the orders
Some charge a lump sum by room to give you a design and product recommendations
it depends on what you need and how you procure. |
