always ecobee with multiple sensor is better than nest..
Multiple sensor lekapote both are same..
Nest ki advantage its compatible with almost every HVAC and also comes with its own battery, where as Ecobee takes power from HVAC

Anyday Ecobee is better which comes with multiple sensors, So that its not dependent only on Kitchen temparature..
Monna edo party aithe, kitchen lo cooking ki temp went to 73, where as entire house was in cold, until the kitchen temperature went down, the rest of house wouldnt get heat.

Professional is required only when its not compatible. Else its very easy to install.
I was about to get this Ecobee4 from my local energy company for free with install..
However my HVAC didnt support it,,
On ecobee site there is a compatibility where it will tell whether your Heating/AC system is supported or not.
Unlike Nest, Ecobee gets power from HVAC itself, for that you will need all the color coded wires in the system, Mine had 2 missing. So they took it back.
