PMI one time kattali at the time of home purchase. 12 years ago when we bought the home, we had only 10% for down payment. I paid only 5% of home cost and got PMI, 6 months lo appraisal cheste home value gone up beyond the required and got my PMI removed.
I was paying 149$ per month.. Refinance to dabbulu kooda vachayi enakki, so appati varaku kattina PMI also got recovered.

3. Order a Broker Price Opinion (BPO) at my expense ($100) and show that the value has not gone below from its appraisal at loan origination. Pay 14k towards principal to bring LTV to 80% and get PMI removed.
So, Option 3 picked. 3rd party RE broker came and gave me a shocker. 2013 lo appraise ayyina value kante 40k less ki appraise chesindi..Wells fargo nundi letter vachindi naaku idhi katha..ne home value gone down ani updated numbers tho malli 3 options given...aa numbers choosthey evadikaina BP vachesthadi, naaku kooda vachesindi..WF vaadiki call chesi ammalakkalu esukunna..em bank naduputhunnar ra, em customers tho ilaa kotha scams modalettara?
