My personal opinion:
Considering that we are non citizens, You can enjoy the standard of living in USA as long as you have "Challenging & Interesting work where there's enough balance between what you give and what you get in return, Good health, A group of like minded people who share your thought process, hobbies and life style, friends that are available on a phone call during non working hours".
If any of these gets impacted, life becomes painful.
I dont wear spects, only wear contact lens(&goggles sometimes). Only code lang that i know are > c,c++,java,c# & scrpt lang.

I personally didn't like this country at all.
Prati chinna vishayam centralized/elaborate procedures untayi..
Healthcare costs too high. Insurance leka pote batakaledu. Poni insurance teesukunnam kada anukunte, dental and other charges not covered.
And you can't back off from taking insurance.
Oka chinna accident aite, 3 yrs vehicle insurance bokka.
mana country lo unnattu chinna shops undavu... annitiki car esukuni walmart, target laki vellali.. fuel bokka.
And its difficult without a car.. local transport is very poor in most places except NY LA etc. (as far as I know)
poni weather anna baguntunda ante... summer lo scorching heat with UV rays which is bad for health.. winter to snow.
inka cheptu pote chala unnayi..
prati chinna daniki color print outs teestuntaru.. no sense of going green.
I personally didn't find anything great in my 1 year of stay.
