100% sure abt fermented stuff .. cos i ate Idli for 2-3 months, avoided Dosa, oil unnadani.. but gained weight, doc ani kochening cheste - ee point confirmed.

Skipping bfast is even worst, it causes acidity,gas troubles down the line.. and the body becomes weak anattlu .. bfast > lunch > dinner - in decreasing potions is wat is adviced...

fruits koda, execessive tinte kashtam .. cos lots of fructose, in the end might end up incr ur blood glucose levels..

basically, regular trainer + doc combo unte .. health maintain cheyagalam, vallu mana $ pindite kani manam bagu padam annatlu ..

Absolutely...best food in the world is Fruits period. My Logic is simple...when God created you he didn't ask you to cook rather go to tree pick a fruit and eat.

I have been telling in various DBs for more than a decade. Even if you think that I am Chadastam type, I don't care. My advise JUST SKIP BREAK FAST unless you already have health issues and need to take one. STOP milk at any cost. You are drinking just white poison. I stopped taking my break fast 25 years ago and I don't have any health issues even now.

Bread thinte Cancer vachheyadhu mama. Majority of Bread lo dough conditioners, artificial flavors and lot of preservatives untaayi....those are very bad. Instead chose for natural or organic type bread.
