రూ.30 కోట్లతో నిర్మాణం
ఆరు నెలల్లో అందుబాటులోకి...
ఈనాడు, హైదరాబాద్‌: తెలంగాణ ముఖ్యమంత్రికి సర్వహంగులతో నూతన అధికారిక నివాసాన్ని నిర్మించాలని అధికారులు నిర్ణయించారు. ప్రస్తుతమున్న అధికారిక నివాసం ఇరుకుగా ఉండటమే కాకుండా, సరైన వసతులు లేవు. దీంతో కొత్త ఇంటిని నిర్మించేందుకు రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం స్థలాన్ని అన్వేషిస్తున్న విషయం తెల్సిందే. నగరంలోని అనేక ప్రాంతాలను అధికారుల బృందం గతంలో పరిశీలించి వచ్చింది. కానీ, ఎక్కడా సరైన స్థలం లభ్యంకాలేదు. దీంతో ప్రస్తుతం బేగంపేటలో ఉన్న ముఖ్యమంత్రి అధికారిక నివాసం సమీపంలోని ఐఏఎస్‌ అధికారుల అసోసియేషన్‌, క్లబ్‌ పరిసరాల్లోనే నూతన భవనాన్ని నిర్మించాలని నిర్ణయించారు. ఈ క్లబ్‌ ప్రాంతంతోపాటు దానికి సమీపంలోని కొన్ని ఐఏఎస్‌ అధికారుల క్వార్టర్లను కూడా తొలగించి నూతన నిర్మాణాలను చేపట్టనున్నారు. ముఖ్యమంత్రి నూతన అధికారిక నివాసం కోసం రూ.30 కోట్ల వరకు ఖర్చవుతుందని రహదారులు భవనాలశాఖ అధికారులు ప్రాథమికంగా అంచనా వేశారు. భవన నిర్మాణానికి సంబంధించిన డిజైన్లనూ ఆమోదించారు. సీఎం అధికారిక నివాసం కోసం మొత్తం తొమ్మిది ఎకరాలను సమీకరిస్తున్నారు. ఇందులోని రెండు ఎకరాల్లో ముఖ్యమంత్రి నివాసానికి కేటాయిస్తారు. ఇందులో 250 నుంచి వెయ్యిమంది కూర్చునేలా మల్టీపర్పస్‌ హాలును నిర్మిస్తారు. అవసరమైతే ప్రభుత్వానికి సంబంధించిన పెద్దపెద్ద సమావేశాలను ఇక్కడే నిర్వహించుకునేలా ఏర్పాట్లు చేస్తున్నారు. అత్యవసర పరిస్థితుల్లో మంత్రివర్గ, ఇతర ముఖ్యమైన సమావేశాల నిమిత్తం ఓ హాలును కూడా నిర్మించ తలపెట్టారు.
300 వాహనాలకు పార్కింగ్‌...: ముఖ్యమంత్రి నివాసానికి వస్తున్నవారికి ప్రస్తుతం వాహనాల పార్కింగ్‌ పెద్ద సమస్యగా ఉంది. నూతన భవనంలో 300 వాహనాలను నిలిపేందుకు తగిన వసతిని ఏర్పాటు చేయనున్నారు. దీంట్లో ఒకచోట 250 వాహనాలను, మరోచోట 50 వాహనాలను పార్కింగ్‌ చేసుకోవచ్చు. సీఎంను కలిసి విజ్ఞప్తులు అందజేసే సాధారణ ప్రజల కోసమూ ప్రత్యేక ఏర్పాట్లు చేయనున్నారు. ఈ నివాసానికి సంబంధించిన పనులు చేపట్టేందుకు పది రోజుల్లో టెండర్లు ఖరారు కానున్నాయి. ఆరు నెలల్లోనే పనులను పూర్తిచేయాలని అధికారులు భావిస్తున్నారు. సేకరించిన 9 ఎకరాల్లో ముఖ్యమంత్రి నివాసానికి రెండు ఎకరాలు పోను, మిగతా స్థలాన్ని ఆయన సిబ్బంది, ఇతర అధికారుల ఇళ్ల కోసం కేటాయిస్తారు.
పాత భవనాలకు స్వల్ప మార్పులు...: ముఖ్యమంత్రి ప్రస్తుత అధికారిక నివాసానికి స్వల్ప మార్పులు చేసి, ముఖ్యుల కోసం కేటాయించే అవకాశముంది. రాజ్యాంగ పదవుల్లో ఉండే శాసనసభాపతి, మండలి ఛైర్మన్‌లకు దీనిని కేటాయించాలని గతంలోనే ప్రతిపాదించారు. ప్రస్తుతం ఉపయోగంలో లేని సీఎం క్యాంపు కార్యాలయాన్ని కూడా స్వల్పమార్పులతో ఉపయోగంలోకి తేనున్నారు. మరోవైపు, బేగంపేటలోని ముఖ్యమంత్రి అధికారిక నివాస ప్రాంతంలో భద్రతాపరంగా అనేక చర్యలు తీసుకునేందుకు పోలీసు ఉన్నతాధికారులు ప్రణాళికను రూపొందించినట్లు తెలిసింది.

KTR okka chance was the key, people trusted him, Hyd janalu KTR meeda eega valanivvaledu when I went last month,

moreover major problems evi levu with TRS ki and congress to visigi poyaru, TDP as you said revanth episode was key..

Lets see how things turn out in near future.

Ippatikaite TDP cannot go to public with CBN no one likes him atleast the people I interacted in Hyd.

Unless they bring good leader who can overcome KTR, TDP has no chance...

Hyderabad no nenu experience chesindi idee. People lost trust in other parties and believe TRS is only the way ahead. janalu atleast clear gaa unnaru, Unless TRS messes up big time, people are least bothered about small issues and they will have cake walk for next decade..
