Yes, sure they do that. we are getting 14 different types of services and it's life time subscription with approx $200 per year maintenance fee. just took a shot, we will see how it goes. we didn't jump in right away, shopped around for few months, did some due diligence and then took a shot..let's see.

out of 64 closed trades 47 winners and 17 losers. I have another 21 trades to close. Interestingly average gain and average loss came to 62% and 61.5% respectively. Now I need to work on cutting losses early..

No. you need to have good drainage for vineyard, meaning you need to install tiles for proper drainage of the land. it takes lot of investment, however most of the surrounding farms are vineyards in that area. If some vineyard enthusiast wants the land in future, there is not enough left and hence the demand. vineyard goes for 50k per acre, ours is working out to about 14k

I think they are switching between corn/wheat/soybean so far. lot of wineries too in that area, in fact that region is well known for wineries in Canada. by the time all said and done it will cost close to $600k with taxes and closing expenses. daani meeda vache income minuscule and covers the property tax. just land konali ani eppati nundo korika and the plan is to pay it off in 5 years and hopefully one day in the next 10 to 15 years we will see good returns. stock market lo denxabette kante idi better ani decide ayya. at least capital ki mosam raadu, hopefully.
