గత కొన్ని రోజులనుండి సామజిక మాధ్యమములో ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ నార చంద్రబాబు నాయుడుగారి మీద కొంతమంది (పార్టీ అభిమానులు కూడా ఉన్నారు) వరసగా పెడుతున్న పోస్ట్లు చూసి ఈ పోస్ట్ రాస్తున్నాను....అయితే ఈ పోస్ట్ చదివి...మా బాధలు నీకేమి తెలుసు అనుకునేవారికి ముందే తెలియచేస్తున్నాను..."నేను ఆంధ్ర రాష్ట్రానికి చెందినవాడినే....కృష్ణ జిల్లా లో పుట్టి, పెరిగి, అక్కడే చదువుకుని వ్రుత్తి రిత్యా హైదరాబాద్ వచ్చినవాడిని...నా మూలాలు సమస్తం అక్కడే ఉన్నాయి. నా బంధుగణం అంతా అక్కడే ఉంది. నాకు అక్కడ నేటి పరిస్తుతులు మీద ఈ పోస్ట్లు పెడుతున్న వారికంటే కూడా బెటర్ అవగాహనే ఉంది"
కొద్ది రోజుల క్రితం పార్లమెంట్ లో బడ్జెట్ సెషన్ సందర్బముగా ఒక ఆసక్తికరమైన చర్చ జరిగింది. కాంగ్రెస్ సభ్యుడు, ఆంధ్ర రాష్ట్ర విభజనకి ముఖ్య కారకులలో ఒక్కరి గా చెప్పబడే వీరప్ప మొయిలి అధికార భారతీయ జనత పార్టీ/ ప్రధానమంత్రి శ్రీ నరేంద్ర మోడీ గారి మీద మీద కొన్ని విమర్శలు చేసారు. అందులో ముఖ్యముగా "మీరు వచ్చి తొమ్మిది నెలలు/పది నెలలు అయింది మీరు ఏమి చేసారు, ఏమి సాదించారు అని"
వీరప్ప మొయిలి ప్రశ్నకి భారతీయ జనత పార్టీకి బీహార్ రాష్ట్రానికి సంబందించిన మధుబని నియోజకవర్గము సభ్యులు శ్రీ హుకుందేవ్ నారాయణ్ దేవ్ యాదవ్ ఆసక్తికరమైన్ సమాధానం ఇచ్చారు.
" అధ్యక్షా...ఒక బిడ్డ పుట్టటానికి తొమ్మిది నెలలు పడుతుంది. అది ప్రకృతి నియమం. అది సైన్సు. కాని ఆ బిడ్డ పుట్టిన వెంటనే మరో బిడ్డకు జన్మనివ్వమనడం ఎంత వరకు సబబు? మేము అధికారములోకి వచ్చి పది నెలలు గడిచింది. ఈ పది నేలలలు లోనే అంతా అయిపోవాలి అని ఎలా కోరుకున్తునారు? అంతకముందు ఉన్నయు.పీ.ఏ.ప్రభుత్వం చేసిన తప్పిదాలను సరిచేయతానికే ఎంత టైం కావలి"? ఆ వీడియో కూడా అప్లోడ్ చేస్తున్నాను .....(ఈ వీడియో లో 13వ నిముషం దగ్గర చూడండి. మొత్తం వీడియో చూస్తే ఒక అద్భుతమైన స్పీచ్ ని చూసే అవకాశం దొరుకుతుంది).
ఈ పైన చెప్పిన పరిస్థితే ఆంధ్ర రాష్ట్రములో కూడా ఉంది. మనం రాష్ట్రం అంటే ఆంధ్ర రాష్ట్రం ఎన్నో ప్రతికూలమైన పరిస్థుతలలో తన కొత్త జీవితాన్ని ప్రారంబించిది. లెవెల్ ప్లయింగ్ ఫీల్డ్ (Level Playing Field) అని ఒక్కటి ఉంటుంది. ఇద్దరు పోటి పడుతున్నప్పుడు అన్ని Factors ఇద్దరికీ ఒకే రకముగా ఉంటె లెవెల్ ప్లయింగ్ ఫీల్డ్ అంటాం. కాని మన ఆంధ్ర రాష్ట్రాని ఒక వంద అడుగుల గొయ్య తీసి అక్కడ నుండి నీ ప్రయాణం మొదలు పెట్టు అని కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం చెప్పింది. అంటే ఆ వంద అడుగులు ఎక్కతానికే ఎంత టైం కావలి? లోటు బడ్జెట్, కేంద్రం సాయం అంతంత మాత్రం, మరో పక్క ఆకాశాన్ని అందుకున్దామనే లక్ష్యాలు, ప్రపంచ స్థాయి రాజధాని నిర్మించాలి అనే కోరిక..... రాజకీయముగా పార్టీని బలోపేతం చేయాల్సిన బాధ్యత.....
ఒక వ్యక్తి రాస్తాడు...పార్టీ అధ్యక్షుడి గురించి..."నీకు హైదరాబాద్లో ఏమి పని, అక్కడ చేసింది చాలు ఇక్కడకి తగలడు అని ". నాకు అర్థము కాని విషయం..అయన విజయవాడ వచ్చి ఉంటె అన్ని సమస్యలు ఒక రోజులో పరిష్కారము అవుతాయా? ఒక ప్రధాన మంత్రి ఢిల్లీ లో ఉంది దేశం మొత్తం ఎలా పరిపాలిస్తున్నాడు? విజయవాడలో కూర్చుని ఎక్కడో గుజరాత్లో, మధ్య ప్రదేశ్లో వ్యాపారాలు నిర్వహించేవారు లేరా?
ముఖ్యమైన విషయం, భారత దేశములోనే అత్యున్నత రాజకీయ నాయకులలో ఒక్కరిగా పరిగణించబడే వ్యక్తి శ్రీ నారా చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు గారు..అయన ఆ మాత్రం ఆలోచించారా..ఒక వేల ఆలోచించినా అయన హైదరాబాద్ వదిలిపెట్టటానికి తాత్సారం చేస్తున్నారే అనుకుందాం.....ఈ ఒక సంవత్సరములో ఏ పని జరగలేదా? ఇంకా నాలుగు ఐదు రోజులలో రాజధానికి కి పూజ కార్యక్రమం జరగబోతుంది..నిర్మాణానికి శ్రీకారం చుట్టబోతున్నారు..అంటే ప్లానింగ్ కంప్లీట్ అయ్యింది గా..ప్రపంచ స్థాయి రాజధానికి కావాల్సిన భూమిని ఈ సంవత్సరములో ఎటువంటి ఇబ్బందులు లేకుండా...ప్రతిపక్ష నాయకులు ఎంతగా రైతులని రేచ్చాగోట్టాలి అని చూసిన, కొంత మంది Prestitutes అడ్డగోలుగా అన్యాయం జరిగిపోతుంది అని రాసిన....అతి తక్కువ ఇబ్బందులతో భూసేకరణ కార్యక్రమం నిర్వహించారు......వెస్ట్ బెంగాల్ లో టాటా నానో ఫ్యాక్టరీ కోసం సింగూర్ భూముల (వేయి ఎకరాలు) విషయములో జరిగిన రాదంతం మర్చిపోయామా?
దొనకొండ లో రాజధాని పెట్టలేదు మా జిల్లాకి అన్యాయం జరిగింది అని కొంతమంది అంటారు....
విజయవాడ-అమరావతి భూకంప ప్రాంతం..ఇక్కడ రాజధాని ఏంటి మరికొంత మంది 'మేథావులు' ....వాస్తు బాగోలేదు మరికొంతమంది....
అయ్యలు బాబు గారు ఎమన్నా దేవుడా? గీతాచార్యుడా...మాయలు, మర్మాలు చేసి అన్ని సమస్యలు ఒక చిటికెలో మాయం చేయడానికి? అయన మనలాంటి మనిషే....ఆయన్ని విమర్శించే ముందు మనని మనం ప్రశ్నించుకుందాం..? ఆయనలాగే మనకి రెండు చేతులు, రెండు కాళ్ళు ఉన్నాయి..మరి మన జీవితములో మనం ఎంత సాధించాం? ఏదో తల్లి తండ్రులు దిశా నిర్దేశం చేసి పెట్టుబడులు పెడితే చదివి...కొన్ని లక్షల మంది లాగే మనం ఏవో ఉద్యోగాలు, వ్యాపారాలు నిర్వర్తిస్తున్నాం..అంతేగా..మ ం ఏమి వారెన్ బఫెట్, దిరుభాయి అంబాని, మార్క్ జుకేర్బెర్గ్ వంటి వారి స్థాయిని అందుకోలేదుగా...? ఎదో సినిమాలో డైలాగ్...నీకు చేతకానప్పుడు అవతలవాడిని విమర్సించకు అని ....ఇది వాస్తవం. అంత దమ్మే ఉంటె...ఈ విమర్శించే వారు కొత్త రాజధానిలో ఒక పరిశ్రమ నెలకొల్పి ఒక వేయి కుటుంబాలని నిలబెట్టండి...సమాజం శెభాష్ అంటుంది..ఇంట్లో కూర్హ్సుని ఫేస్బుక్ లో తిడితే ఏమొస్తుంది....తలకాయనొప్పి..దాన తో పాటు కాఫీ మీద కాఫీ...వాటితో పాటు షుగర్/బి.పీ. ఫ్రీ..
మరో ముఖమైన విషయం...ఈ సంవత్సరములో ఏమి సాదిన్చాము అనేది ఒక సారి Retrospect చేసుకోండి. ఎన్ని మెమొరాండంలు సైన్ అయ్యాయి, ఎంత ఉద్యోగత కలుగుతుంది, ఎన్ని పనులు మొదలు అయ్యాయి, ఎన్ని ప్రాజెక్ట్స్ మీద గవర్నమెంట్ అప్రూవల్ స్టాంప్ వేసింది...ఏమి జరగలేదు అనే అంటారా? మరి శ్రీ సెజ్ లో ప్రాజెక్ట్ల మాట ఏంటి? పట్టి సీమ విషయం ఏంటి? వైజాగ్ లో స్టార్ట్-అప్ గ్రామం పరిస్తితి ఏంటి? స్కిల్ డెవలప్మెంట్ మీద ఎంత మందికి శిక్షణ ఇచ్చారు? రుణ మాఫీ ఎంత జరిగింది...రైతుల భూములకు నష్టపరిహారం ఎంత చెల్లించారు? రాజధాని రాష్ట్రము మధ్యలో పెట్టటం వలన చుట్టూ నాలుగు జిల్లాలలో భూముల ధరలు ఎలా పెరిగాయి? దీనివల్ల సామాన్య రైతు లాభాపదలేదా....? ఆ ప్రాంతాలలో మీ విమర్శకులు స్వచ్చందముగా ఒక Plebiscite (అభిప్రాయ సేకరణ) ఎందుకు కండక్ట్ చేయ్కూదు...?
ఒక వ్యవస్థలో ఉన్నప్పుడు, ఒక సంస్థ మనది అనుకున్నప్పుడు తప్పులు, ఒప్పులు అన్ని జరుగుతాయి. అక్కడే కావాల్సింది గీత లో శ్రీ కృష్ణుడు చెప్పిన "స్తిత ప్రజ్ఞత". తప్పు జరగగానే ఇంకేముంది సంస్థ కూలిపోయింది అని హడావిడి చూసి...ఆ సంస్థ నాయకత్వాన్నే దూషించటం, ఆమోదయోగ్యం కాని బాష వాడటం, ఒప్పు జరగగానే ఇంద్రుడు, చెంద్రుడు అని పొగిడి ఆకాశానికి ఎత్తివేయడం....రెండు సబబు కాదు.. అలాగే ఆ సంస్థలో ఉన్న అంతర్గత ప్రజాస్వామ్య వ్యవస్థని ఉపయోగించుకుని మీ సమస్యలను లీడర్షిప్ ద్రుస్తికి తీసుకువెళ్ళండి. Washing Dirty Linen in the public will not solve any kind of issues. That will only show that your moral fibre is not consistent and wavering. |

"Nearly 15 Months back , we decided to do a "Walk for Development" at Vijayawada to tell the people of the city to Bring Babu Back - To put state Back on Track. We are a small group of 40 to 50 people who have initiated this, but on the day of the walk , people from all walks of life have come forward on their own and the little group of 40 swelled to almost 800 people and the walk was a huge success. Women who never came out of their houses came out and joined us and chanted the slogan "Bring Babu Back" supporting our cause. In the election Babu is Back.
Today Babu garu himself is coming to Vijayawada and walking from Maris Stella college to Benz circle , i spoke to my friends about joining in the walk. I am surprised to note that the excitement I saw 15 months back is missing. No one is willing to join the walk, maris stella college is hardly 250 metres away from my home, even I myself is not motivated enough to go there. what is the change that happened in the last 15 months??
Babu Garu , 15 months back you were a beacon of hope for the people of Andhra, today you no longer are , people are no longer having great hopes on you, the fancy master plans also dont seem to excite the people. The government officials and party cadre may bring in people and make your program a success, but you cannot get the common man to support you. They expected you to stand with them and build this state , but you chose to stay away in the comforts of Hyderabad along with your officials. They are losing their trust on you.
