Aim is to be 1 + 2 to be fit build muscle and loose weight

Lost close to 30 lbs starting from Jan 8th to today
Weight loss hit a plateau

Currently very disciplined about food

maa friend okayana try chesadu few years ago. he and his wife together used a trainer for few months. it's quite expensive here, costs around $100 per hour. those days I remember him saying it was okay.

I had one trainer in my previous job. Company trainer ayinaa, naa kosam special workout routines ichi, thanu kooda chesevaadu.

It is worth it as they will tune it to your body and strength. Antha money waste cheyya koodadu anukunte, you can try group classes first.
