The main problem with astrology sample, is that many of us dont know the correct time of birth. This influences a lot the astrology. People can calibrate back the time based on past incidents and then reverse engineer the time and the predict. However in astrology things changes within minutes depending upon which 12 amsas one chooses to follow and what is the subject of prediction. They say that 6 minute window can change hell lot in predictions.
So all these studies should be done by some one who understands this subject than a quantitative methods, of getting some persons vs some predictions right or wrong.
Some how astrology is a very complex subject not very well mastered. People who know less than 10-20% in this subject with their marketing has made it commercial. Thats unfortunate thing to happen.

Our experiment with twenty-seven Indian astrologers judging forty horoscopes each, and a team of astrologers judging 200 horoscopes, showed that none were able to tell bright children from mentally handicapped children better than chance. Our results contradict the claims of Indian astrologers and are consistent with the many tests of Western astrologers. In summary, our results are firmly against Indian astrology being considered as a science.7

The reason for failure in Astrology is the astrology reader but not astrology. Lot of factors need to be included in prediction, which sometimes wont be done, so there will be failure. Also astrology is even though it predicts, things can be changed before it happens so u never know until it happens. Mundastu warning gaa paniki vastundi kaani it cannot be the destiny.
