Oh ok. Didn't know completely about old days of America. Eenadu Sunday Special Crime stories lo chadive vanni regarding Serial Killers & Sex offenders ( people like ted bundy & Dahmer ) in America (As depicted in "Silence of the Lambs" movie. Peru kuda baley pettaru => "muteness & complete silence of people that are suffering ( Gorrelu )").
Seems like the system ( 911, FBI & CIA ) has improved a lot since then. I liked 911 system during my stay ( Got couple of speeding tickets though ).
Seems like Russia also improved a lot ( in terms of openness, honesty, values, ethics & morals ) recently ( Last couple of decades ) from mass corruption & hunger resulted out of the same.
