Minapappu tho issue enti ehe....Omega 3 pushkalam ga unna ekaika south indian lentil idhi. its as good as eating fish etc for Omega 3 and Protien. I am not asking you to eat every day but you need to eat atleast 2, 3 times in a week. nenu achham ga chiru dhanyalu thintanu ante, kastam. avi base ga pettukoni, you need to eat all other stuff. white rice, wheat is not good anyways.

fedex vaadu charges about 550rs per kg if the weight is above 15 or 20kg (exact ga gurthu ledu). It's not cheap but thindi daggara compromise avvam kada. We moved to complete non GMO, non soya, organic, wild caught etc years ago. Even meat kooda we get from TKranch. Google it and you will see how they raise their lamb, chicken etc. It's very expensive compared to normal variety but HD is very particular about what we eat. She turned into complete vegetarian about 10years ago. |

black coffee is better. Stay away from cream and sugar. Sugar is most dangerous.
I drink black coffee once a day during week days. Weekend lo intlo araku nundi thappinchina filter coffee thagutha, I couldn't stop that. It tastes great and I have to stop it became of milk and sugar. Of course I put very little sugar.
Also I use very little salt. Endumirchi, pachi mirapakayalu kooda baaga thagginchi, use black pepper instead. |

I am not ignoring you. We haven’t fully moved into them, slowly adding them to the diet. Two weeks ago mother in law fedex Lo pamparu, about 5kg per variety. Akkada Hyderabad Lo kooda dorakatam ledanta manaki kavalsina quantities. I see the price tag on those, roughly about 170rs per kg.
Ika changes vunnaya ante I can’t tell because we haven’t used them fully. One thing I noticed though - you eat less quantity than rice (more like half). Saamalu rice laaga instapot Lo cook chesindi last night. We are with pappu munagaaku koora. There is difference in taste but you feel full after eating less quantity. |

like...kotthimeera,podina, karivepaaku, allam, pasupu, raavaaku, jaamaaku, paarijaatham aaku, tulasi, vepa,maaredu, garika...etc..
wash them cleanly, take a handful/pidikedu...throw in a boiling water vessel...wait for 4-5 mins...(not until boil)
then strain the leaves...n drink the kashaayam...

Yes, India is the best to source them from...Nellore, Proddatur...at the most 25 rs per kg only for all those 5 milletsssss..if u can get them from farmer there..
