It's fascist culture ( read about it in wiki ). Roots of that culture are from Europe, not sure on how that's caught up in India. Usually people with Shoulder power and political power bull doze others .Sort of like anarchy I would say.
Law & Order would be taken for a toss and very few people respect "law, logic & rules".
Hope whoever's following such culture come out of it and realize their mistakes.
