He is very much taking the fight to congress and it will be fascinating to see how he performs. The JDU are also in the contest with Nitish Kumar, Chief Minister of Bihar, splitting from BJP. However recent blasts in Bihar mean that Modi still has a real chance of seeing off the JDU in Bihar. RJD also exist in the running but are very unlikely to win this election.
For all intensive purposes this is a shoot out between Congress and BJP. Narendra Modi, the new fashionable kid on the block is taking on the old school, descendent of the great Mahatma Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi. |
