ee gaali ee nela song just as an example. starting lo flute bit vinandi, truly amazing composition. Well played by Hariprasad chaurasia, first two bits taruvata flute flow will really mesmerizes any one. ( 19 to 32 seconds of the song) this is what called as composing music..
Composer is technically one who creates music, not who copies.

As far as I am concerned, Thaman is not a composer, he is one who learnt tricks of making music for movie. People can call it composing, but technically it is not. Any keyboard player can make a song, but composing is different to making a song. I might sound harsh and blunt, but thats the truth. His experience with every music directors made him where he is right now.
However the issue is not with Thaman, it is with directors and Producers who lately doesn't have any music sense. If everyone can understand music is repetitive, copied and same style why are they not demanding good music? Basically they don't care. Deeniki Todu lyrical values complete gaa sachi poyayi. Ramajogayya, chandrabose, bhaskarabhatla lanti varu assalu kashta padakunda ematram alochinchakunda, tochina lyrics any language rasestunnaru.Okappudu telugu lyrics lo bhavam artham avvataniki chala alochinchi kashtapadalsi vachedi, ippudu lyrics emi rasaro vintaniki kashtapadalsi vastondi, inka arthamemuntundi andulo
Mana telugu singers inko issue. Every other singer thinks they are more than SPB, Singers like Karunya have different problems. Geetha madhuri lanti sub standard singers, PR skills to nettukochestunnaru,
