Share point,Dropbox, Box, egnyte, webdam.
Box was way too expensive.. but met most of our requirements.

Maams, are ther any enterprise file sharing and collaboration tools?
Reduce steps required to deliver files or data
O/S independent solution (should be compatible with MAC and Windows)
Version history
Strong security
audit logs
Should have search capabilities\
should support extremely large file transfer
