article 370 actually places some restrictions on the powers of union and parliament in making some laws wrt kashmir...also restricts the applicability of some laws made by parliament, in kashmir...it also place restriction the application of some articles in the constitution to kashmir...in many of these cases, kashmir's government and assembly need to be consulted for the applicability of the laws and constitutional provisions...
