ilaati cases nenu kooda chadivaa ekkado, if the person is in India, then the GC process will convert into Consular processing instead of in US processing and they might ask the person to attend interview in a US consulate in india before granting GC....oka saari approve ayyaaka pothe problem undadhu gaani,proces of approval lo undi pothe complication raavacchu

problem emi undadanukuntaa....only thing is while entering they might ask you why r u entering on dependant visa when u have a GC...ilaa out of country unna ante check chesi adhi nijamaithe they dont mind...
maa friend ki exact same jarigindi...he and his wife went to India and came back...he was on H1 and she was on H4...eee lopala GC got approved and was posted to their home in US...so port of entry lo adigaaru,ilaa GC unte visa choopisthaaventi ani...nenu india lo unna time lo occhindi ani chepthe, vaallu GC posted date system lo verify chesi, you are good ani vadilesaaru |
