thats all one needs knowledge unna pedda use undadu, if you can avoid bad music, and for sure enjoy good music, you are far better than what is needed.

thats a huge difference mama, SP Shailaja is an excellent judge, She has so much command and observation power just amazing and no extras guaranteed.. SPB enta neat gaa issues with so much clarity cheptado, eeme kooda anta level lo kakapoina ante..
Naaku suneeta OA bharaninchalante chala kashtam. She doesnt have stuff just OA, Stuff undi OA unte bharinchochu, adi pedda issue ameto.
Thaman issue entante, I dont think he is a composer by himself. His main strength is that he worked with many music directors as percussionist and got hold completely the sounds and rhythms, and programming a song. With synthesisers, keyboards with that kind of background anyone can compose song, which he is doing right now. He knows some techniques like changing the voice using sound managing technics which appeared as variety, since Telugu people are more towards mass/beat oriented songs, he is able to sustain, His family background is helping him. But unless one has caliber they cannot provide good music. he is doing many films, top music director all are secondary. People hardly remember his songs after couple of months when they are released.

PD mama naaku kooda theory concepts telsu kaani raagas lo anta depth of knowledge ledu, I posted many times that I feel guilty that I didnt continue pursuing my classical music training after 10th, due to education.
basic gaa people keep breaking tradition by doing such experiments. When IR composed that song, you can see people were spell bound and that song was so pleasant to hear, which tells the command of music IR has.. thats why his music has life where as others who are dependent on artificial instruments and sound, not only sound same, but dont have life.

PD mama any raga which will be pleasant to hear will need to have minimum 5 swaras which are nothing but notes, ( sa, ri, ga etc., ) However people have been experimenting to bring down these numbers and create raagas with swaras count like 4,3,2 swaras. Mangalampalli Balamurali has created raagas with 4 swaras. He is a genius of his kind.
If you see Ilayaraja has composed a song with 3 notes ( swaras )

there are few people like them experimented on making raagas/compositions lesser than traditional number of swarams till 2 swaras.
In that scenario, making a song on eka swaram means on one note is extremely challenging to make it listenable.
There are ekaswara vakra raagas where raagas ascending and descending is displaced by one note. but I think here they made a good effort in presenting eka swaram. If what I understood as eka swaram means and what they presented is..
They say most of the vedic chanting is based on ekaswara.
