nenu ila rasanu query..

select project_id, amount1, amount2, line1, date
where 1 = 1
having sum(amount1) = 0 and sum(amount2) = 0
group by project_id annanu kaani adi remaining columns koda ivvali antundi..remaining columns group by lo isthe sum correct ga calculate avvadu as the line1, date column value are not same for the given project_id.

ela rayaali query?

select project_id, amount1, amount2, line1, date

ayithe vachina results lo if sum(amount1) = 0 and sum(amount2) = 0 for a particular project_id, then don't show those lines in the results. ela rayali query?
