Meeku edo mortgage interest write off option in taxes vundi ga. If you are confident that you can make more money elsewhere then take loan otherwise cash down. Personally i don’t like loans

I didnt buy a home yet annai...So, I really dont have the experience.

135K brand new home looks very interesting. I would go for a loan as people say you can make more money in the market (at least 7% returns), but your housing loan could be only 3.5%.
