3-4 hours naanabetti, 1:2 water posi cooker lo 3-4 whistles...and eat with rasam, daal, curries, curd...
goes very well with liquid curries like daal, rasam etc and eat the solid curries as side dish

asalu Kashayam ela chestharo konchem vivaram ga cheppu Vijjaaa.


em ledu bro...wash ginger...cut into small pieces (organic ginger only)...and put 3-4 pieces into 1-2 glasses of water and let it boil for 5-6 minutes...at the end add a clove(this will clear throat issues esp winter)...then drink the hot hot kashayam just like u drink coffee...

alaage pasupu kommu (organic) same way try cheyyandi..
kothimeeraa(half katta) ...boil for 5-6 minutes...

alaage karivepaaku, dilli aaku, tulasi aaku etc try cheuyyandi...
coffee addict aina nenu ...coffeee joliki kooda povatledu

raavi chettu aakula nunchi occhina gaale, will stabilise your harmonal imbalances

and if u drink kashaayam from raavi leaves, that should take care off all the imbalances...

thats why we used to have raavi chettu in centre of the village and a raccha banda around it...

we dont see them anymore...

magnesium is very good for health...and millets have lot of them...
also slowly kashayam alvaatu cheskovali...
kothimeera kashayam try cheyyali...it will detoxify anta

Dr Khader is awesome..
asalu millets intha powerful ani naa kalalo kooda oohinchaledu nenu...
and Millets dont make u feel as if u r misssing on rice ...but they are very healthy...
6 hours naanabettandi and eat one kind of millet every 3-4 days and keep changing...

also only take coconut oil for cooking...sesame oil is also good...
stop coffee, tea, milk(take coconut milk)..
and finally run/walk 2-3 miles daily....
