  snacks peddaga tinanu... fruits tho replace chesaanu. 90% of snacks in office are fruits. intlo appudappudu indian snacks tintaanu.. avi tagginchaali complete ga Devarakota.. paiga marumoola maamidi thota... adige dikku kooda ledu...

  September lo Dr daggariki vellinappudu 219lb vunnanu..  dr taggu baabu, lekapothe tablets vaadalsi vuntaadi ani bootulu dobbadu...    appatinunchi exercise lu special ga emi start cheyyaledu but food baaga control chestunna..    As of today 202 lb ki vachaanu.. seems good improvement. idi ila continue ayyi weight 2018 ki 170 ki vaste baguntundi...      wish me good luck Devarakota.. paiga marumoola maamidi thota... adige dikku kooda ledu...
