Problem:
Vespa Dorling say him to quit that CustomerCareDataBase for a while...and even more better is to go incognito away from the virtual world and live offline...he will come out of his depression...

How to tackle it? Career going nowhere. Personal life is going nowhere. Chest always feels heavy. Can't focus. Alternate bursts of sadness and happiness for no apparent reason. Defiance about failures. Don't know what is wrong. Don't know how to fix it all. Every time I see the kids, feel incredibly guilty for not being a great role model. Every time I see them, feel the incredible pressure of responsibility weighing down an already heavy chest! Want to run away from this all but can't. Want to quit but I don't think I can. Feel like everyone's conspiring against me. |
