england meeda last test appudu anukunna time vachesindi. will they drop karun after triple hundred? or will they keep out rahane who is the vice captain and the second best batsmen in the team and has been one of the most consistent batsmen in the last 4 years or will they take a massive backward step and play the extra batsmen and only 4 bowlers?
virat and kumble have their hands full for sure. no matter what the decision there will be someone who would be massively unfortunate.

for me personally, watever it is they must not take a backward step of playing 4 bowlers. playing 5 bowlers has been the backbone of this side and they should stick to it considering the aussie tests coming up and after that it will be on the road again. ashwin at 6, jadeja at 8 have done more than well with the bat and there is no reason why we need an extra batsmen. jayant at 9 in india can be replaced by either pandya or another paceman overseas. if that doesnt work then they can go back to 6 batsmen and 4 bowlers overseas. but for now and playing at home, it should be 5 batsmen and 5 bowlers.

also, heart goes out to parthiv patel who did more than well with the bat and a decent job with gloves and has to make way for saha.
