without client approval, you will not be able to join like that. So if client is strong then he can handle it with old company..
Better join the client company directly if possible, Then old company cannot do anything, they crib and get one resource added as compensation..
Nothing to worry 99% of the times.

alaantidhi chesinaa kooda, most of the time they send a legal notice to your house...(TCS chesthundi)...aa notice kaavalani evaru theeskoru...theesukunna kooda edho oka settlement amount kattesi bayatiki vasthaaru...2 lakhs or 3 lakhs something...if you don't pay, you wont get your experience letter from the company..they treat it like an absconding case... |

Case: Oka employee oka company tharapuna oka client ki pani chesthunnadu, konni years tharvatha aa company ki client contract cancel chesi inko Indian IT company ki ichadu.
Employye kotha Indian company lo cheri aa client ki work chesthunnadu.
Employee patha employer ki yeppudu non-compete cluase sign chesadu, directly or indirectly for one year I will not work for the client ani, daanni base chesukoni inko competitor dwara nuvvu adhe client ki pani cheyyadam modalettavyu ani legal case vese chance vundha? vunte nilusthundaa India lo?
