india lo aithe bengaluru bestest loc for prod, R&D comps

not sure, any thing an happen, india ki relocate avvali ani pressure undi. naaku ikkada india naa 50:50 anatlu undi. so antha kichidi kichidi prestutam

I am forced to change the job after 2.5 years...Since I work in R&D I prefer to work at least 5+ years in one job...It makes no sense for me to change the jobs less than 5 years. It takes at least 3-4 years to come up with something useful for me and the organization...

But my mentor used to tell me that If you are the smart person in your group thats the right time to change your job..
