singapore is the best airline no matter what the ratings say. All these middle east airlines may have new fleet but in customer service nobody comes close to singapore. |

Same issues almost anni airlines lo avutunnayi Kubang ji,
basic gaa, when end to end same airlines lenappudu if any one of the flight gets changed or canceled, things are getting worst.
last week maa neighbor valla ammayi ki same issue ayyindi,,
detroit to boston, boston to Dubai to chennai..
Detroit to Boston is jet blue, akkada nunchi Qatar, jet blue vadu flight delay chesadu, then akkada nunchi evadiki vaadu responsiblity teeskodu,
This is happening very frequently these days.

His original itinerary was via Chicago to London to Chennai. American airlines (code share with BA) first delayed the flight 3 times and finally cancelled the flight. but they asked us to check-in the luggage when we first got to the airport. then they have to bring it back through customs, our comedy customs people want to check the baggage, LOL.
then they rerouted him last night direct to London from here and then to Hyderabad and to Chennai. last segment is AI, so finger crossed he will reach there. endukayina manchidi ani iddarni hyderabad airport lo petta morning by the time he reaches.
anniti kante pedda comedy entante, when they made these changes they screwed up somehow his return flights and his itinerary got truncated in Vancouver with no further flight home. spent 2 hours on phone with different customer service reps to resolve this issue. whole day got screwed.

monna maa vollu okallu emirates lo velte, 3 days wait cheyyalsi vachindi as the first day flight got canceled.
Inko sari baggage track cheyyaleka poyaru,, one week pattindi Qatar airline valladi,,
Inko incident, husband/wife ticket book cheste, husband ticket system lo kanpinchatam ledu, ani wife ki matrame boarding pass icharu, by the time they resolved the issue, they had to miss the flight.
