u r right...but i wanted to have a WFH job...even if it was in nj/nyc...for the kind of job i'm in..pay wouldnt change much..i knew that...n settled for less...so that i can do wfh...but thats ok...i'm ok with that..n thought i can save a bit on property taxes..n also explore rural country like i always wanted to do...in this hilly terrain...
