ilaanti transport facility vuntey.. ekkadi native place vunna vaadu prefarbly akkadey vuntaadu... so migration to cities thaggithey automatic gaa real estate kuda control avuthundhi otherwise.. cities will get busier every day... and village will die down soon..

For example.. maa village.. it is about 350-400 homes.. 20 years ago.. very lively with people of all ages.. now almost restricted to senior citizens ... no one with regular job can stay there except few school teachers with posting near by villages... it looks so deserted..


-- I think even not at this level but upgrading to high-speed soon with 160-200kmph... even that will help..
