In case of Power drillers or any other home and garden equipment, they suggest to discharge battery fully and recharge again.Not sure the same thing can be applied to the laptop battery.

If I want to get longer battery life for my laptop, which of the following options need to be followed-
(A) Connect the power cord ALL THE TIME
(B) Discharge battery fully and recharge again?
