yeah, correctee.. but without completely filling DS160, you can pay the fee.
Just open a DS160 form, (just for safeside,fill the first page, and save) it will give you DS160 number. You can pay the fee using that number, and later you can complete the DS160 form. Its highly advice, to complete DS160, well before your interview.

nenu fresh gaa oka 6 months back eyinchaa chennai lo stamping...u need to take two appointments in the same ustraveldocs site...one for OFC where they will take ur photo and check the documents...second one will be in Consulate..

why people goto canada or mexico, when they have option to go to india.. Already india trip plan vunnappudu (just vacation ayithe) india lo cheyinchukovachu kada.. ippudu process kooda smooth, and FT ki easy ga vastundi..
Canada lo ayithe min 3,4 days padutundi ata passport ki.. so aa days waste kada, canada velte, unless you have friends, you have to see dining and lodging expenses. India lo ayithe 2 weeks late ayina intlo koorchovachu kada haayiga.. just my thought..
nenu mexico vellanu, but adi 2008, lo marriage ki mundu.. marriage vacation disturb avva koodadu ani mundu vellanu. appudu nenu contracting, so india lo situation bad appudu, + expenses ma employer bare chesaadu..
IMO, its better to goto India and have extended vacation than, sitting in canada doing nothing..
I know one of my friend had to go to India directly from Canada, and after 45 days, came back to canada for stamping and then came back to US. luckily he went to canda 1 week before his trip to India, so vaadiki anta baadha anipinchaledu.. but still its pain kada..

nenu ippati daka india lo 2 times and once mexico lo vellaanu, mexico vellinappudu, agenette choosukunnadu antaa. vaadiki 310 kattanu US nunchi mexico to and fro transportation and mexico visa antaa vaade choosukunnadu..

H1-B extension stamping ki poovalanukuntunna..December or Next year January lo
My Case: Entered into USA in 2010 April last week with Company A, H1-B Visa.
2011 May lo india poyivachanu.
Worked with Company A until 2012 July
Transferred to company B in August 2012
Working with company B as of now and will continue until next stamping.
2010 May last week lo SSN vachindi.
2010 August lo job lo join ayyanu. So, No pay-stubs until August.
Apart from that Taxes and Pay-stubs up to date ga vunnayi..
Stamping ki ekkadaki velite better..India/Canada/Mexico..Peddalu tama abhiprayalu seppagalarani manavi
