EEE trades on the NYSE, I believe this will either pop right away , as volume is increasing , or will move sideways between .32 cents and .42 cents and then take off with news.This company will either be going up with talk of either, 1. Global climate 2. The sell of the company,or 3. Coal and electricity going up for this upcoming COLD WINTER!Every single time in the past this has hit this low, it came right back to over $1.00.
