Sasi bro , now I am on 4th month . Points to watch out & implement after 3 months . 1) Healthy & complete protein intake. Check out organic eggs , for complete Vitamin's (A, D etc) . Red alert , if you noticed hair loss during the 12 weeks , keep an eye on this and find an optimal balance in your protein intake. Also fat intake you can balance it based on your physical energy requirements . 100-150 grams of greens every day and lots of fibre food. 2) Calcium from Sesame , flax & Chiaa seeds : eat 10-20 gms a day . make it a daily habit. Also drink lemon juice or Apple cider vinegar.This helps in absorption of minerals. In Keto lifestyle you loose lots of minerals keep replenishing them. Also continue 1.5 litres of water everyday. 3) Intermittent fasting : Eat everything and in moderation , and close your food intake by 17.00 and nothing until next day 7 am. Aim for 12-14 hours intermittent fasting every day . Make it part of your lifestyle. But you can enjoy normal coffee or your Irani chai calorie count should be less than 50 cals in between. 4) Sleep : Come what may ,sleep for 7-8 hours a day . Screw the stress , do not take anything to heart be it work or personal life. 5) Big No to Coloring agents , and taste powders. 6) Cardio and Muscle building : alternate day 60 minutes of Cardio and lean muscle building (model look) . 7) If you have a cheat day , then next day 18 hours fasting and go for a 1 hour cardio run to deplete ur reserves. kanapade nijam: Good manners , kanapadanidhi: abusive language
