Nayak:

I have a question, When god created us, he don't want us to struggle to cook or process for Food. He gave us natural food like FRUIT which you can pick and eat and also Tropics is only the place where human can live happily. Can you please let me know if this concept is wrong?

Bro function of fruit in Nature is replenish the fat stores of the body ,that means , in the olden days "Hunter & gatherer ways" fruits were only available during spring and summer time. People used to eat fruits during that period to increase their fat stores , so they could last into winter and beyond . Fat is energy dense , 9 calories per gram .

Also if you look at human physiology , and undertstand Metabolism pathway of Fructose. It clear states , when you eat fruit the sugars "fructose" is converted to Triglycerides "fat which gets stored in adipose tissue" and glycogen , that get stored in for latter use.

When you are aiming for Ketosis , the primary goal is to dump glycogen "glucose" stores in your body and steer the body to extract fat "triglycerides" from adipose tissue as primary source of fuel for your cells. Also condition body to use fat as source of energy ,you get to eat and enjoy fat , and protiens for Amino acids .

And the rest is VRK half baked thaadikaa
