Bro its bound to happen if you follow a diet , with out understanding the science behind it. VRK is just trying to give it a Andhra touch to Ketogenic life style and bad thing is people blindly following it . Funny part is people taking 100gms of fat blindly "drinking fat", with out understanding consequences of screwing Gall Bladder , pressure on liver and also note 100Gms of fat is for people who are able to utlize it with activity and already in Ketosis ..its roughly 900 calories , 1gm of Fat is 9 calories. For beginners they should start with 30-40gms and condition your body. Ideally you should get 500-900 calories a day from Fat - Protien - Carbs , in the ratio of 80% fat , 15% protien and 5% Carbs. I am a vegetarian , I am loosing 1 kg/ week for doing Ketogenic for the past 12 weeks and I have reversed my type2 diabetes and got rid of fatty liver and in the process of elimination of fat on other internal organs. But key is intermittent fasting of 18 hours a day. -You have to know your Fats and sources -you have to Know your Protiens "Aminoacid sources" have both plant and Animal -You have to know your Carb sources -You have to understand the minerals your body needs "electrolytes- Sodium , Chloride , Mg, Potaasium , Iron , selenium , calcium etc" .You have to shove lots of greens into your body or walk around with packets of ORS/ Electrolytes. Also understand all the vitamins you need and the sources .. Make a chart of your plant sources etc and plan it and execute .
