Namaste brother , I was a type2 diabetic 12 weeks ago , not anymore, I have lost quite a bit of weight and managed to loose quite a lot of belly fat. I am slowly loosing my organ fat and get my liver back to perform optimal metabolism. My eating window is between 7am to 11.30 Am . I eat breakfast at 7 am , with some form of carbs 20gms , fat in the form butter 30-40 gms , cheese sticks and proteins in the form of eggs , scrambled , egg white etc I do eat pea nuts , almonds and lots of greens /salad for lunch at 11.30 . I do drink lots of ginger water with turmeric in it , have 1 cup sugarless coffee or tea with cream making sure its less than 50 calories. effectively I do not eat anything from 12 noon until next day 7 Am . This is called intermittent fasting , very power tool to have a lots of energy , focus and no hunger and food craving .
