You You brothers , I see many of you guys are following the Andhraized version of Ketogenic diet . Good ! Be aware and please do not follow it blindly , please understand macro nutrients , elimination and limiting Carbohydrates is good, limiting protein is also good , but please go easy on fat aswell .Because , if you have abused your body with excess food like mad all these years , do not not expect your Gall bladder to be sharp in executing sudden excess intake of fat. Up the antenna in a gradual manner. I am on this Ketogenic lifestyle for 12 weeks now , important pillar of the Keto is 16-18 hours fasting every day and not thinking about food at all. if possible start your fast after Thursday lunch and end it for Saturday breakfast .. aim 40 hours . And be physically active ,do any activity that will help you breath out CO2 ..
