Single income konaddu ani nenu ekkada anna,, read my statement again.. just for 5 years for a newly married and single income, space wont be that important.. Kids when they reach 3-4 years its from then one will needs space. Appatiki illu ammeyali anukonte, its not worth to invest now and loose lot of money as space is not worth to loose that amount of money..
