2)if I have registerd in multiple sites and buy coins in respective sites can it be exchanged between those 2 sites?

few more to come once I start understanding ..

1. not all coins are in all exchnages...depending on what coin you want to buy you have to signup on that site. also be sure to setup 2 factor authentication
2. yeah you can transfer coin from one exchange to another. only thing is you have to pay some fee and the trasnfer could take time (up to 2 hours)
3. yes for example if you have prl on kucoin, here is the process

prl -> btc/ethereum -> transfer btc/eth to gdax/coinbase -> sell btc/eth in gdax/coinbase and then transfer to your bank... idhi process
