I understand that it will be releases a s part of the fermentation. I want wine without physically added sulfite. (2)How do you store the left over wine after opening the bottle?Since I am the only one drink wine, it takes at least 5 days to finish a typical 750Ml bottle.So, want to protect it from exposure to air.
