They are quite simple and easy to repeat. start with 3 times a day and slowly increase to 7 times a day. it only takes about 1 minute for each repetition.

look at the link below on how to do surya namaskara exercises. you inhale when you are in a raising position(lungs expand so you can take enough oxygen) and exhale when you are bending forward(lungs conjest so you can exhale all the used oxygen out and ready to fill the fresh air.)
