with 200-300 gms of greens over breakfast and lunch . I am eating 2 eggs a day , 1 for breakfast and other for lunch . Have your fav keto menu for the day . The trick is , you stop eating at 14.00 and fast until next day 6 inthe morning . 14 hours intermenent fasting over 24 hours. with so much 40-gms of fat your satiety levels are high , you just do not feel hunrgy . Keep driking tea or Bullet Coffee or plain water. |
