I dont want to argue too much on this topic, but want to say 'focus on your real needs and not the needs of the books/gurus". Moksham antey ento naku teleedu kani, "books & Teachers" chala help chesayi/chesaru brother. "Books & teachers" were main reason for leading peaceful life ( for the most part ) & having decent enough career in the filed that i like most 
Having said that i believe in my "Creativity and Strengths". Hope it's the same with most of the people here 
I dont wear spects, only wear contact lens(&goggles sometimes). Only code lang that i know are > c,c++,java,c# & scrpt lang.
