Please eat , 100-250 gms of greens every day you will get lots of minerals and also potassium levels in your body will be maintained .This prevents fatty liver . Also before food drink Apple cider vinegar or lime juice . This prevents kidney stones . Most important drink lots of plain water , when the fat burning starts you loose lots of water . When the water is expelled out of your body also toxins are washed out . I am drinking ginger water , its working wonders on my liver cleansing . Take 50gms of ginger Mash it and boil it in 1-2 litre of water for 2 minutes . Let it cool and u can sip all the day .

Now every alternate day I do not eat for 18 hours at stretch and feel very energetic .
