Yes bro , depends on your life style . If you are physical active or sedentary life style .

1 gram of Protien or Carb gives you 4 calories
1 gram of Fat gives you 9 calories .

If you have belly fat , that also implies you have fat on your organs and also fatty liver. Means you are heading or already in danger zone of health.

Plan a diet of 900 calories , so you are forcing the body to dig into fat reserves to give you total 1500 -2000 calories of energy for all ur activities.

70-80 gms of unsaturated healthy fat = 700
< 20- gms of carb = 100
30-50 gms of protien = 120

on top of the these , eat 200 -300 gms non-starch , cruciferous vegetables mentioned in my previous post . Soak or squeeze 1 medium lemon , some ginger , jeera into 1 litre of water add some table salt or potassium based salt into it and drink as soon as you getup every day.Greens and acidic drink kick starts your liver, starts cleansing the fatty liver and also put you in far burning mode.

Your body will be back into fat storage mode , carbs will spike insulin and insulin will do its duty of fat buildup in adipose tissue. So you are planning to carb binge during ur vacation also plan to incorporate how you can burn 1500 calories a day . 1500-1700 calories or around 500 gms , this the amount of glucose body stores in muscles and liver before it digs into fat reserves to make ketones .

If you have guts to binge carbs , also have guts to burn it off ..
