Bro , before we go into practicals. How prepared and commited are you for this lifestyle ? Carbs / processed all around you .It takes around 7-30 days to get into full Ketosis.Until then it will be a massive struggle to avoid carbs in the form of sugars , candy's , cakes biscuits etc etc .Your brain will play many games with your body to get the sugars. First list out the food sources a) Fats ; chase the good fats . Unsaturated fat sources like Butter , cream , egg yolk , Avocado,coconut oil, olive oil. Stay away margarine , vegetable oils .. 2) Protiens : can be meat or plant based.Since I am a vegetarian, I go for organic Tofu.Yet to try Spirulla . I also take Egg white . Whats important is important is chose the ones which has a full source of essential-amino acids. Limit your protien intake to 80 gms a day. 3) choose any of your favourite carbs , rice what ever . But catch , you cannot eat more than 20gms of carbs per day. 4) Vegetables ; you have to eat lots of vegetables. Choose the vegetables which have very low Glychemic index .
