mari akkade we need to differentiate ourselves with the crop.Be it raw skills or leadership skills ... its just in my nature to take aggressive route, cos i feel i have missed out on lots of $ in india by not pushing employer. I got out of job in 1 month only then explored and realised people of 8-9yrs experience in Banks like ours getting 24L ... thats a bit insulting that i was soft on $ negotiation, while just doing work.... i am going to be harsh in the US as well, lets c how things go... brahma satyam jagan-mithyä jivo brahmaiva näparah |
